About the Role
Repairs and Investment is part of Housing Services and is recruiting a qualified Pavior to join our busy team based at Birchmere Depot. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of paver ground works including carrying out paving repairs and renewals to properties and communal areas. The role also involves undertaking concrete repairs and new works such as pathways and shuttering. This is a fixed term position for 1 year. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a clean, tidy working approach. The role requires the ability to understand technical drawings and apply your skills effectively on site.

Experience
Relevant experience as a Pavior with a recognised qualification such as City & Guilds or equivalent. Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or relevant trade experience is essential.

About you
Reliable and motivated individual who works cleanly and tidily. Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Literate with the ability to understand technical drawings. Must hold a full UK manual driving licence with no DR10/DG10 disqualifications in the last 5 years as driving a company vehicle is required.

Qualifications
Relevant qualification such as City & Guilds or equivalent in paving or ground works. Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent trade experience is required.
