About the Role
The JPMorgan Payments Transformation & Execution team is a global team that partners with management to develop and implement key aspects of its global strategy. As a Senior Associate in the Strategic Execution team, you will be part of a business solutions and consulting team responsible for executing the division's most important cross-product initiatives. You will collaborate across JPMorgan Payments' geographies, products, and functions to deliver projects that support the end-to-end global operating model and provide advisory and execution support to Payments in business growth, client process optimisation, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage a portfolio of global and regional transformation initiatives, including implementing JPMorgan Payments' new operating model, supporting integration of acquired businesses, transforming client experience processes across the full client suite, and supporting the development and execution of JPMorgan Payments EMEA strategy. The role involves working with a commercial focus alongside some of JPMorgan Payments' largest clients, managing a diverse portfolio driven by client requirements and regional leadership priorities.

Key responsibilities include delivering business change aligned with JPMorgan Payments strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to shape programs and workstreams, supporting working group meetings, using project management tools to track status, issues, and risks, serving as an escalation point for stakeholders, identifying process gaps and driving improvement initiatives, and preparing handover information to transition projects to Business-as-Usual (BAU).

Experience
- Demonstrable creative problem-solving, analytical, data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
- Experience managing project workstreams and supporting end-to-end project delivery
- Ability to operate across regions, businesses, and functions with strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, influence, and meet deadlines
- Experience partnering collaboratively with business and functional support areas across multiple locations

- Strong risk and control awareness with the ability to anticipate control gaps and determine remediation plans

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to develop clear, concise, and persuasive written deliverables for senior audiences
- Preferred knowledge of JPMorgan Payments and digital tools such as Alteryx and Signavio
