As part of our expanding Administration Data Services team, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals with some experience or interest in Defined Benefits pensions data or pensions administration to deliver high-quality data solutions for both LCP-administered schemes and external clients.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced colleagues on a variety of projects supporting scheme readiness from a data perspective, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You will apply your technical skills to execute solutions that enhance data accuracy and completeness.

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing scheme data for buy-in/buy-out transactions
- Assisting with GMP reconciliation, rectification, and equalisation exercises
- Supporting data readiness for the Pensions Dashboard and other regulatory initiatives
- Helping with benefit audits and data cleansing activities
- Contributing to new business transitions and onboarding processes
- Collaborating with internal administration teams and external clients to ensure data quality

Requirements

Experience
- Some experience in Defined Benefit pension schemes or pensions administration and data handling is preferred, though a keen interest in developing these skills is also welcomed.

About you
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with support from experienced team members
- Interest in learning bulk calculation methodology and data transformation techniques
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work within agreed budgets and scopes with appropriate support
- Collaborative mindset with eagerness to build strong working relationships
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes

Qualifications
- Working towards APMI or other PMI-related qualifications is desirable but not essential.
