About the Role
Join our growing team of communications experts as a Pensions Communications Consultant. You will work closely with clients to identify and solve their communication challenges, delivering projects on time and within budget. If you have a passion for words and a keen eye for design, you will enjoy crafting creative ways to engage audiences with complex pension topics, capturing attention and delivering key messages across multiple media channels including print, web, video, posters, podcasts, and more.
As part of a collaborative team, you will bring enthusiasm to the creative process, a strong understanding of the £3 trillion UK pensions industry, and build excellent client relationships. You will be involved in drafting communications materials such as newsletters, member guides, educational content, videos, email nudges, and benefit statements. You will also manage campaigns, develop project plans, liaise with clients and suppliers, and support the brand and design team to produce impactful materials.
Our communications team supports a wide range of clients including DC, DB, and hybrid schemes across various sectors, from large British banks to charities and international hotel groups. We offer challenging client opportunities, flexible working, and the training and experience needed to advance your skills and career.
