About this role… We are looking for a People Administrator to join the People (HR) team. You will: - Be responsible for administration tasks around the employee life cycle to include, starters, leavers, pre-employment checks, right to work checks etc. - Provide a timely, accurate and professional service. - Update the HR system to ensure up to date and accurate information is being input. - Support the Learning and Development and Volunteering sections. To succeed as the People Administrator, you will have: - Experience of administrative work, ideally in a HR / People department. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst being customer focussed, professional and meticulous. - Good experience of using Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel. - Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise - Have an interest in HR, and a desire to support us to have a positive impact on the lives of homeless people.
