As the People and Operations (P&O) Business Partner for the Global M&M'S Ecosystem, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the associate experience by partnering with leaders across multiple international markets to help teams and the business thrive. Based in London, you will act as a trusted advisor delivering people solutions that drive business performance, organisational effectiveness, and an exceptional employee experience.
This role offers the opportunity to influence a global, high-performing retail organisation while helping leaders navigate complex people challenges. You will collaborate with leadership to define and implement P&O strategy aligned with business priorities, provide insights on organisational design and effectiveness, and support talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles.
You will foster a culture that drives engagement and performance, support associate relations, and participate in cross-functional HR projects. Additionally, you will support organisational design and workforce planning by partnering with business leaders, finance, and data teams to monitor key metrics and drive data-led recommendations.

Experience
- Proven relationship-building and influencing skills with experience partnering senior leaders on people-related decisions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex employee or organisational matters using sound judgement.
- Solid HR/P&O expertise including a good understanding of UK employment law, employment practices, and employee relations.
- Experience working with international stakeholders across Europe and/or Asia is desirable.
- HR Business Partner experience, ideally supported by a background in Employee Relations, Talent, People Operations, or another HR specialist discipline is a plus.
- Exposure to retail or customer-facing environments, organisational change, consultation processes, and workforce planning initiatives is advantageous.
