We are seeking a highly motivated and driven People and Talent Partner to join our growing business. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting a range of People and Talent services including employee engagement, performance management, talent management, recruitment and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

General People Partnering & HR Operations
Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries, escalating when necessary. Support employee relations cases including performance, absence and grievance matters with close mentoring. Maintain accurate HR records and compliance across HR systems (HiBob and Humaans). Support payroll and benefits processes by providing timely people information. Assist with contracts, reporting, compliance and HR policy updates.

Performance & Talent Development
Support managers with performance reviews and feedback conversations. Coordinate learning and development activities alongside the Senior People Partner. Identify training needs and arrange development opportunities. Gain exposure to succession planning and talent initiatives.

Recruitment & Onboarding
Partner with hiring managers and Head of Talent to support recruitment from job brief to onboarding. Coordinate recruitment administration including interview scheduling, candidate communications and offer paperwork. Support recruitment campaigns and maintain accurate recruitment data and ATS records. Provide recruitment support during peak periods or absence of Head of Talent. Contribute to workforce planning discussions.

Engagement & Wellbeing
Support delivery of employee engagement initiatives and act on feedback to foster a positive, inclusive culture. Promote wellbeing activities and ensure awareness among managers and employees.

Office & Facilities Support
Provide cover and support for Front of House / Office Coordinator to maintain excellent standards for people and visitors.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Support DEI initiatives and ensure HR practices are fair, inclusive and bias-free.

Requirements

Experience
- Solid HR generalist experience with strong foundations in employee lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing performance, disciplinary and capability processes
- Recruitment experience including interview coordination, candidate management and onboarding
- Experience working with HR systems such as HiBob, Humaans or similar HRIS
- Previous experience supporting office operations and/or line managing others is desirable

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident in building relationships with employees and managers
- Hands-on, can-do approach to administration and people projects
- Motivated to learn and develop strategic HR skills with mentoring support

Qualifications
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience required
- CIPD Level 5 desirable
