About the Role
Join Superdrug Head Office and make a real difference every day! As a People Development Advisor, you will support the learning and development of our Head Office colleagues, focusing on coaching capability, AI confidence, induction, and mandatory training. You will collaborate with stakeholders, Copilot, and existing resources to create, curate, and deliver learning experiences that build skills, confidence, and capability.

Your day will include supporting the Superdrug learning offer for Head Office by identifying learner needs and recommending improvements, acting as a clear point of contact for learning stakeholders, and working closely with People Business Partners and the Healthcare People Development Advisor to support joined-up activity.

You will champion wider Learning and Development initiatives such as Negotiation Skills, Learning at Work Week, Corporate Social Responsibility, Wellbeing, and mentoring programmes. You will coordinate learning activities from needs analysis and planning through to design, delivery, evaluation, and measuring value and impact.

Leading the Head Office induction experience, you will work with the People Development Manager to ensure speaker teams are prepared and new colleagues feel welcomed, included, and engaged. You will create, curate, and support learning content for digital, virtual, and in-person delivery, working with stakeholders, Copilot, teammates, and external providers where appropriate.

Facilitating engaging and inclusive in-person and virtual learning sessions aligned with That Superdrug Feeling will be key. You will measure success by tracking attendance, gathering feedback, evaluating impact, and making recommendations for improvement.

Additionally, you will support programme administration by maintaining accurate learning management system records, reviewing planned costs, processing invoices, and updating the budget tracker.

This role offers the opportunity to bring That Superdrug Feeling to life for colleagues and internal customers while working in a fast-paced retail environment that values creativity, flexibility, and innovation.
