People & OD Assistant London HQ with hybrid working. 21 hours per week (days/times can be negotiable) Fixed Term Contract / Secondment opportunity (until end of May 2025) £28,998 - £32,736 per annum plus London Weighting of £5,094 per annum pro rata* As a People & OD Assistant you’ll use your enthusiasm, initiative and excellent administrative and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our people. In this varied role every day is filled with possibilities. You’ll be the first point of contact for all queries from staff and managers on People & OD processes and procedures throughout the whole employee journey from recruitment to retirement. You’ll maintain our records and systems, draft employment contracts and letters, produce sickness absence reports, support recruitment admin and process payroll documents. To join us you’ll need exceptional customer service and administration skills and, experience of working within a busy HR function. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary. Our hybrid working model allows for up to 60% of your working time to be carried out from home. At least 40% of your working time will be spent working in person.
