About the Role
As a People Systems Specialist (Analyst), you will play a key role in the design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of system and process solutions that comply with UK legislation, meet business requirements and align with an overarching Digital First strategy. You will lead on ensuring that our People & Culture, Learning and Engagement systems operate effectively, collaborating closely with Payroll, IT and external suppliers to maintain and enhance system functionality for our people.
You will act as a subject matter expert for MHR iTrent, our HRIS, managing configuration, APIs and data mapping, workflows, access management, bug fixes and query resolution. Providing advice and guidance on best practice use of MHR iTrent and identifying solutions to any issues will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will oversee data entry, cleansing, import and export using system tools, and perform data reconciliation to ensure all data held is accurate and up-to-date.
Experience
Proven relevant experience with MHR iTrent and expert understanding of transactional HR and Payroll processes. Strong analytical skills and business process knowledge are essential. Experience working cross-functionally and delivering continuous improvement projects within agreed timeframes is required. Experience with automation, system configuration, system integration (APIs), system implementations and data migration projects is desirable but not essential.
