£37,000 - £42,000 (Depending on experience) + Car allowance £3,596 per annum

About the Role
Due to continued growth, Arcus FM is recruiting for an experienced Pest Escalation Specialist to join our friendly and dynamic team on a permanent basis. You will provide consistent and efficient technical support to the client on all matters pest-related and play an important role within our compliance team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the client to continually review processes around pest control and provide technical recommendations.
- Completing site reviews of highlighted premises to assess current measures employed by the client's pest contractor and making necessary technical recommendations.
- Conducting site audits to client service level agreements and performing investigations to identify root causes for further treatments.
- Attending client escalation meetings to support the National Pest Control Manager and Technical Pest Managers as needed.

Experience
- Knowledge and experience gained within a pest control environment (essential)
- BPCA Level 3 (essential)
- Understanding of pest control legislation and ability to identify business risks (essential)
- Full valid UK driving licence and car (essential)
- Willingness to work out of hours when required (essential)
- Food retail experience is desirable
- Flexibility to travel to other sites across the UK on an occasional basis
- Knowledge of building fabrics is desirable
- IT literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for creating and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.

About you
You will be proactive, resilient, and able to 'hit the ground running' with exceptional interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with all key stakeholders and possess excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills with exceptional attention to detail. Extensive experience in a pest control role is required to resolve long-standing issues and conduct root cause analysis.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in pest control from any sector or industry.
