Hours
Full-time roles: 40 hours per week including a rotational weekend schedule.
Part-time roles: Minimum 25 hours per week. Specific working patterns to be discussed during the application process.
Note: Remote work is not available; all roles are in-person.

Salary

About the Role
At Pharmacierge, we are redefining the private pharmacy experience in the UK by combining clinical excellence, compassion, and innovation. Based in London’s Harley Street Medical Area, we work closely with leading private clinicians to deliver a seamless, safe, and highly personalised medication service.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy and maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and patient care. You will dispense medications accurately against prescriptions, following pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and UK pharmacy regulations.
You will provide support and guidance to patients and prescribers, responding to clinical and non-clinical queries within your scope of practice. Applying your NVQ3 training, you will actively support the wider Pharmacierge team, including contributing to the training and development of dispensary and support staff.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting with stock control such as ordering, replenishment, and expiry checks, and supporting safety and quality assurance initiatives by identifying and reporting any medication safety concerns.
We are also actively seeking Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technicians (ACTs) to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
Hold an NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Qualification or equivalent recognised by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Be a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the GPhC. Candidates who have completed their training and are awaiting GPhC registration will also be considered.
