About the Role
As a Philanthropy Manager at Centrepoint, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with individual donors and philanthropic partners. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase philanthropic income, ensuring the growth and sustainability of the organisation’s fundraising efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work within a passionate team dedicated to supporting young people experiencing homelessness, making a real difference in their lives.

Experience
Proven experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or relationship management is essential. Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and managing complex donor portfolios is highly desirable.

You are a motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are passionate about making a social impact and thrive in a collaborative environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to success in this role.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in fundraising, philanthropy, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Demonstrable success in securing philanthropic income is highly valued.
