About the Role
The King's Trust is seeking a dedicated Philanthropy Manager to lead the Women Supporting Women initiative. This role offers the opportunity to develop and manage philanthropic relationships, engaging with supporters to drive fundraising efforts that empower women and girls. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to grow the donor base, steward existing supporters, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize impact. This is a key position within the organisation, requiring passion for philanthropy and commitment to advancing gender equality through charitable giving.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or donor management is essential. Experience working with women-focused initiatives or charitable organisations is highly desirable.

About you
You are a motivated and personable individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You have a passion for social impact and gender equality, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are important to succeed in this role.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in fundraising, philanthropy, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Commitment to ongoing professional development is expected.
