The Therapies & Rehab Directorate is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and enthusiastic Physiotherapy Administration Team Leader with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be responsible for the day-to-day line management and leadership of administrative staff, supervising workload and allocating team members to optimise administrative support across service hours.
This role operates in a dynamic environment where patient pathway tracking and patient care are priorities. You will lead a team of administrators to provide high quality administrative support, ensuring smooth service operation and effective liaison within a busy multi-disciplinary office setting. The role requires sound judgement and the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with minimal supervision.

Experience
- Extensive business administration experience demonstrating key functions of providing administrative support
- Experience working in a customer service setting
- Desirable: Previous NHS experience and line management experience

Qualifications
- Essential: Good general education with English and Maths to GCSE standard or equivalent
- Evidence of formal further training in short courses and significant healthcare administration experience
- Desirable: Educated to diploma level or NVQ 3, City and Guilds certificate level in business administration or equivalent
