Join Morgan Sindall Property Services as part of our dedicated team delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance for Westminster’s social housing residents. As a key member of our responsive repairs team, you’ll play a vital role in providing essential plumbing services to social housing tenants across the borough — ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Undertake a variety of plumbing tasks including repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, hot water systems, and drainage.
Respond to emergency callouts and routine maintenance requests.
Diagnose faults and determine the most effective solutions.
Complete work in accordance with current regulations, safety standards, and contract requirements.
Accurately record job details using handheld PDA devices.
Liaise professionally with tenants, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Work as part of a wider multi-skilled repairs team.

Experience
Proven experience in domestic plumbing, preferably within social housing or responsive maintenance.

About you
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
CSCS Blue Card.
Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and health & safety requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
