About the Role
At CGI, you'll help deliver projects that make a real difference across secure government environments. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of complex programmes by providing robust governance, reporting, and project controls. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders, you will help ensure projects remain on track, risks are effectively managed, and accurate information supports informed decision-making.

You will provide PMO support across a portfolio of projects, maintaining effective governance, reporting, and delivery controls. Your responsibilities include coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely reporting of progress, risks, and key milestones.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, support project assurance activities, and help teams adopt consistent delivery practices. Working across multiple projects, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels while developing your experience in project governance within a secure, fast-paced environment.
Due to the secure nature of the programme, active UK Security Clearance (SC) is required for this position.
Experience
- Previous experience in a PMO, Project Support Officer, or Project Coordinator role
- Experience maintaining project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and governance documentation
- Experience producing project reports, dashboards, and management information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across concurrent projects

Qualifications
- Essential: Previous PMO or project coordination experience
- Desirable: Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or Power BI
- Desirable: Experience within Policing, Central Government, Emergency Services, or Telecommunications
- Desirable: PMO, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent project management certification
