About the Role
As a Policy Validation Executive at Zego, you will play a vital role within the Fraud department, which is divided into two specialised teams focusing on different aspects of fraud prevention. This position offers an excellent entry point into the dynamic and intriguing world of fraud detection and underwriting. Your responsibilities will include validating policy details by scrutinising documents and customer information for accuracy and signs of fraud or tampering, requesting and reviewing supporting documentation to confirm authenticity, and engaging with customers through live chat and other communication channels to resolve document issues or policy adjustments while maintaining exceptional service standards. You will collaborate closely with a motivated and intelligent team to support the validation process and contribute to fraud prevention efforts. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth, including skill development, increased responsibilities, deeper expertise in fraud and underwriting, and involvement in training new team members.
