You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless pre- and post-acquisition support aligned with broader business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing title reports, due diligence findings, and site documentation to define acquisition strategy and budgetary requirements
- Driving pre- and post-acquisition activities such as securing critical site services, scheduling operational activities, overseeing property tax obligations, and fulfilling liability requirements
- Providing owned-site inputs for operational planning and tracking actuals against contractual agreements and budgets
- Leading strategic real estate decisions including negotiating easements, right-of-use agreements, and other land agreements impacting site operations
- Building strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and deliver results
- Maintaining portfolio-level visibility through tracking tools and dashboards, surfacing risks and opportunities to leadership regularly
AWS values diverse experiences and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply. We foster an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers employees to own them to completion. We offer mentorship, career growth opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life harmony.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic real estate decisions and manage financial accountability
