About the Role
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Principal Delivery Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success throughout their cloud journey by providing technical expertise and best practices during the project lifecycle. As a Delivery Consultant, you will architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer’s needs, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions. Additionally, you will lead implementation efforts, ensure adherence to best practices, optimize performance, and manage risks throughout projects.

We collaborate with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Experience
- 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
- Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects
- Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA)
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies
- Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) and understanding relationships between business services, information, applications, and infrastructure assets
- Experience with enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, and custom applications

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Preferred knowledge of compliance and security standards across enterprise IT landscapes
- Preferred experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments
- Advanced technology degree is a plus
