About the Role

Join the EMEA Go-to-Market Specialist Team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) to lead the GenAI transformation agenda across one of AWS's highest-growth and most strategic domains. As a Principal GenAI GTM Specialist within the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will drive enterprise Generative AI adoption across EMEA by owning the cross-cutting GenAI transformation narrative. This includes Amazon Bedrock, agentic architectures, foundation model strategy, and emerging GenAI capabilities, translating them into use-case-led motions that deliver measurable business outcomes for customers.

You will operate at the intersection of technology strategy and commercial execution, working closely with senior business leaders and technical teams to develop and execute account-level GenAI strategies, build transformation roadmaps, and guide customers from proof-of-concept to production at scale. Your role involves designing and executing scaled go-to-market programs, creating thought leadership, and influencing product and marketing strategies to position AWS as the platform of choice for enterprise GenAI transformation.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate daily with account teams, solution architects, partner managers, and AWS service teams to connect customer business priorities with GenAI technical capabilities and market opportunities. Your mission is to simplify the complex by translating the art of the possible in Generative AI into concrete, executable transformation programs that customers can measure and scale.

The EMEA WWSO AI/ML Geo Specialist team combines deep technical curiosity with commercial acumen, operating with a startup mentality inside one of the world's largest technology companies—moving fast, experimenting boldly, and holding to the highest standards.

Experience
- Proven experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting roles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience delivering technology products or services in a high-growth environment.
- Track record of engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical.
- Experience contributing to architecture and design of new and current systems or developing and deploying large language models (LLMs) in production on GPUs, Neuron, TPU, or other AI acceleration hardware.
- Strong technical proficiency in Generative AI concepts, including foundation models, agentic patterns, and the Amazon Bedrock ecosystem.
- Experience building and executing GTM strategies at scale in fast-moving technology domains.
- Background in enterprise technology sales, solutions architecture, or technical business development focused on AI/ML or cloud platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
- Preferred: Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups.
- Preferred: Background blending technical depth with commercial ownership including pipeline, revenue, and GTM planning.
