We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist II to join the Grocery Partnerships team in Manchester, helping to redefine grocery delivery and build this service for our customers.

In this role, you will be part of the Ops Excellence team, acting as a key link between local operations and central teams to drive operational improvement and innovation across the UK. You will analyse key metrics such as Quality, Speed, and Productivity to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities to improve the Grocery Partnership service. You will support cross-functional projects, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that enhance operational performance.
The ideal candidate thrives in a highly ambiguous environment, demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, and adapts quickly to change. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential, alongside experience using tools such as Excel to interpret data and drive improvements. Experience or interest in AI tools and emerging technologies is preferred. The role requires regular travel to partner stores to understand operational challenges and support successful initiative execution on site.
Experience
Initial leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving results. Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions is preferred. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or similar tools are essential. Experience or interest in AI tools and emerging technologies is advantageous.

Qualifications
