About the Role
Do you have a passion for governance, compliance and improving procurement operations? Join Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, as a Procurement Assurance Manager. In this pivotal role within the Procurement team, you will ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 by leading the development, implementation and ongoing management of procurement assurance, governance and reporting processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation, providing expert advice, training and guidance while ensuring statutory procurement notices are published accurately and within regulatory deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity to influence procurement best practice, strengthen governance and embed transparency throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of procurement assurance, reporting processes and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and related public procurement regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures supporting statutory procurement reporting requirements.
- Lead publication of procurement notices through the central digital platform within legislative deadlines.
- Build strong relationships across directorates, acting as a trusted business partner on procurement assurance and compliance.
- Deliver training, guidance and advice on procurement legislation and reporting obligations.
- Analyse procurement data to identify compliance risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce insightful reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement information is accurate, timely and compliant.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance, transparency and value for money.
- Keep up to date with procurement legislation changes and embed them into organisational policies.
- Promote a culture of accountability, compliance and excellent customer service across the organisation.

Experience
- Proven experience developing or managing procurement governance, assurance or compliance processes.
- Strong understanding of procurement reporting requirements and statutory compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and a strong understanding of the Procurement Act 2023.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and influencing at all organisational levels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting procurement or performance data.
- Experience improving processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Qualifications
