About the Role
The AI Solutions and Business Enablement team within the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Product Associate to join our team. This pivotal role supports the evolution and expansion of LLM Suite, the firm’s award-winning flagship GenAI capability, serving over 200,000 employees globally for productivity and repeatable business processes. You will focus on relationship management and strategic product management to define solutions, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption of key features on the LLM Suite roadmap. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain expertise in AI/ML use cases and business functions while enhancing problem-solving, analytical thinking, executive communication, and leadership skills in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify AI/ML solutions, supporting product management efforts, conducting competitor and industry research, developing business cases, and preparing executive communications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to balance business needs with technical constraints and ensure successful delivery of prioritized initiatives.

Experience
Experience in AI adoption, product management, or strategy consulting within a complex and dynamic environment. Proven ability in user research, problem identification, value proposition design, and collaboration with technology partners. Proficiency in analytical techniques and tools. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct authority.

About you
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience designing and delivering target operating models and processes. Ability to identify and resolve issues with urgency while demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration. Skilled in defining and driving delivery roadmaps with milestone tracking and status reporting. Flexible and capable of managing multiple changing priorities independently, inspiring collaboration across diverse teams and time zones.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred qualifications include a degree in a STEM field, familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML, and technology management processes, or experience with innovative technologies such as AI, Cloud services, and Digital Products. Coding experience with Python is a plus. Demonstrated strategic and commercial mindset with strong analytical abilities and intellectual curiosity.
