About the Role

As a Product Associate for Brokerage, you will be an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer and develop profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of product development, you will guide successful product launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.
With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Our Product team is focused on turning smart ideas into tangible solutions for our customers. You will work in tribes and squads that focus on specific products and projects, with opportunities to move between them based on your strengths and interests.
Key responsibilities include developing and articulating clear product strategies aligned with firm objectives, managing discovery efforts and market research, owning and maintaining the product backlog, tracking key success metrics, and building strong collaborative relationships across departments including Product and Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Investments. You will define and manage organized roadmaps, oversee product development, testing, and release management, and actively participate in agile ceremonies to drive transparency and continuous improvement.
Experience
- Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain within financial services or technology
- Proven track record of successfully building wealth management products, with familiarity in brokerage and/or mutual funds end-to-end lifecycle
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience delivering large, complex digital product initiatives with cross-team dependencies
- Experience with software delivery best practices, technical product requirements, minimum viable product design, and multi-country requirements
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to business and other stakeholders
- Ability to analyse and incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints into the product development process
- Strong collaboration skills to create shared understanding across departments

Qualifications
