About the Role
JPMorgan Personal Investing is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Product Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the existing pensions proposition. This hands-on individual contributor role involves collaborating closely with engineering, design, content, operations, risk/compliance, and external platform partners to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, reduce friction and failure demand, and improve operational performance. Key responsibilities include owning the pensions business roadmap, incident and issue ownership, Jira ticket management, root cause analysis and prevention, governance reporting, stakeholder visibility, backlog prioritisation, cross-functional coordination, continuous improvement of ways of working, and ensuring regulatory and governance alignment. The role requires strong product management discipline and the ability to drive measurable improvements across customer journeys such as onboarding, contributions, transfers, retirement flows, and servicing.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in BAU product management, including incident and defect ownership, prioritising fixes, and driving continuous customer experience improvements.
- Strong Jira discipline with the ability to maintain a high-quality backlog and manage tickets effectively.
- Proven ability to drive issues to closure across multiple teams, removing ambiguity and maintaining momentum.
- Strong analytical skills to quantify impact, prioritise effectively, and validate improvements.
- Comfortable creating clear, concise updates for senior audiences and forums.
- Technical fluency to work with engineers, interpret system behaviour, logs, telemetry, APIs, and translate findings into product requirements.

Qualifications
