About the Role
Theia Insights is a Series A, venture-backed deep-tech AI company building the cross-asset ontology for financial markets — a living map of the economy. Our data powers live indices and portfolios at institutional investors across the US, UK, and EU. Our team includes former Amazon and Meta AI engineers alongside PhDs in AI, mathematics, and NLP.

We are seeking a hands-on Product & Content Marketing Specialist to support our revenue organisation. You will work across the full marketing stack — positioning, collateral, video, LinkedIn, and web — collaborating directly with the founders and sales team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining visuals and marketing materials such as decks, one-pagers, and client-facing collateral
- Crafting and packaging content for LinkedIn and the website, publishing weekly based on internal insights and client personas
- Producing product walkthrough videos
- Building a content engine driven by our unique market data and insights
- Tailoring collateral for specific client types and personas alongside the sales team
- Ensuring all client-facing collateral is on-brand with consistent look, tone, and messaging
- Maintaining the website to keep collateral up to date and aligned with content and product updates

Experience
- 3-5 years in product marketing, content marketing, or both, ideally within B2B SaaS or data products
- Background in B2B marketing, preferably in capital markets, financial data, AI, data, or deep-tech companies
- Familiarity with audiences such as asset managers, hedge funds, or index providers is a strong advantage, or ability to quickly get up to speed

About you
- Hands-on maker with strong visual craft, confident writing skills, and comfortable editing video
- Data-led mindset, preferring to build content cadence based on analytics rather than posting for the sake of it
- Self-directed with a bias for action and comfortable working independently without a strict playbook
- Eligible to work in the UK
