About the Role
As a Product Expert (Porsche Pro), you will be responsible for having an in-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of all Porsche vehicles. You will stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to support the Sales Team in delivering accurate product information and exceptional customer service. Your role is key to driving product adoption and enhancing customer satisfaction.

You will act as the Centre expert for customer queries across all communication channels regarding Porsche products, including Porsche Car Connect (PCC), Porsche Telematics, Apple Car Play, personalisation options, and vehicle features. You will proactively offer every customer a second hand-over as part of the “Porsche Masterclass” either in the showroom, at the customer’s home or workplace, or via digital platforms such as CitNOW or video calls.

Additionally, you will be a point of contact for customers during vehicle ownership for technical or troubleshooting issues, diagnosing to rule out user error and validating if repairs are required. You will support the Porsche Centre with marketing activities and collaborate with Sales Executives and Centre Management to respond to product, digital showroom, and online enquiries.

You will ensure all Centre staff are kept up to date with the latest and upcoming product information and technological developments, maintaining a high standard of knowledge. Developing a strong understanding of competitive products and dealerships will enable you to provide valuable insights to customers and management. Accurate customer data maintenance in internal systems such as C@P is also a key responsibility.

Experience
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of vehicle trends and customer needs
- Experience in a high value retail market
- Proven ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and test drives
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and handling queries across multiple platforms is desirable
- Experience in photography is a plus

About you
- Over the age of 21 and holding a full driving licence for at least two years (insurance purposes)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of Porsche vehicle models, features, and technology
- Ability to provide expert advice and support to Sales colleagues
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with new model launches and technology upgrades

Qualifications
- Clean full driving licence
- Minimum two years driving experience
- In-depth product knowledge and ability to deliver it effectively
