Our team is key to our success. We're people-first. We value collaboration, curiosity and commitment.

As a Product Manager at JPMorganChase within the Cards Platform team, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. By your nature, you are solution-oriented, commercially savvy, and passionate about fintech innovations.

You will work on high-impact projects requiring clear communication and expectation setting across cross-functional teams, and hands-on engagement with customers on requirement development, technology implementation, and go-live activities.

We value diversity of thought, experience, and background, believing it makes a good team great. By bringing people with different perspectives together, we can truly reflect the communities we serve and make a significant impact on our company, clients, and business partners worldwide.

- Gather and write product requirements through partnerships with engineering, design & research, legal, controls, and peer product teams
- Shape vision alongside execution goals (via OKRs) to keep the team inspired while delivering iteratively
- Develop and run Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and standups alongside engineering leads
- Facilitate new business approvals, product reviews, policy and compliance checks, market research, and go-to-market activities
- Advocate for platform thinking to build with scale, extensibility, and reusability in mind while balancing commercial milestones
- Communicate proactively with diverse senior leaders to ensure alignment on goals and project progress within organizational objectives

- Self-starter with strong ownership and responsibility
- Appetite to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Hands-on approach to day-to-day functions including API testing, obtaining customer feedback, and designing team ways-of-working
