About the Role
Are you energized by the challenge of delivering front-to-back change in a fast-moving front office environment? We are seeking a Product Manager who can act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams, turning complex workflows into sleek, high-impact solutions. You will work closely with traders, quants, and engineers to bring innovation to life and enable smarter, faster decisions across commodities markets. This role requires a driven, curious individual who enjoys seeing their ideas make a real impact. Responsibilities include owning and managing the product backlog with clear initiatives, deliverables, epics, and stories; collaborating with engineering leads and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements; maintaining detailed execution plans with granular tracking of dates and status; understanding system architecture, data flows, and integration points across front-to-back systems; participating in testing, validation, and release sign-off; gathering user feedback to prioritize enhancements and foster a culture of continuous improvement; and leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. You will ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value and regulatory compliance while working closely with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office.

Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent as Product Owner, Product Manager, or BAPM in Sell Side or Buy Side firms within Global Markets Business
- Experience in Trade Capture, Lifecycle, and Risk in one or more asset classes
- Demonstrable experience running complex front-to-back projects with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to context switch between multiple initiatives
