About the Role
Join Client Account Services (CAS) Change and Strategy, a global team that underpins the Commercial & Investment Bank by ensuring high-quality account and Standing Settlement Instructions (SSI) reference data. We partner across Securities Services to modernize how reference data is managed—improving accuracy, control, scalability, and client outcomes. As a Product Owner within the CAS Change and Strategy team, you will translate business outcomes into epics, features, and user stories, support backlog prioritization, and coordinate delivery with Technology squads. You will also support process analysis, testing and release readiness, and KPI tracking to ensure delivered changes drive real operational impact.

Key responsibilities include owning day-to-day delivery support for change initiatives from intake and requirements through UAT, release readiness, production deployment, and post-release validation. You will partner with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to align solution design with the target-state reference data strategy and ensure deliverables are implementable and of high quality. Driving Agile execution rigor is essential: writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining and prioritizing the backlog with the PO Lead, and actively participating in Agile ceremonies. You will manage stakeholders and delivery governance by providing clear status updates, escalating decisions and risks, and tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions. Ensuring controls and data quality standards are met with appropriate documentation, evidence, and operational readiness activities such as training, sign-offs, and release notes is also a critical part of the role.

Experience
Proven experience in product ownership, business analysis, change delivery, operations transformation, or technology delivery within a regulated environment. Strong Agile delivery capability with working knowledge of user stories, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies. Demonstrated structured problem-solving skills, strong analytics, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications
