About the Role
The Premier League Studios is seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join the Programming team. This exciting role involves supporting productions across a diverse slate of content, from development through to delivery, within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Production Management team to ensure the smooth running of multiple programming strands. Responsibilities include coordinating national and international shoots, booking crew, equipment, travel and accommodation, creating and distributing call sheets, clearing archive footage and commercial music, completing post-production paperwork, tracking production costs, processing invoices and timesheets, managing crew bookings via resource management systems, supporting freelancer engagement and IR35 compliance, and promoting Health & Safety and Safeguarding policies. You will also contribute to continuous improvements in production workflows and support Premier League Studios’ sustainability goals through Albert paperwork and creative initiatives. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for television production.

Experience
Previous experience in a Production Coordinator or Production Management role, ideally within programming or broadcast production. Experience supporting budgeting processes, including cost tracking and creating ad hoc budgets. Understanding of freelancer engagement processes and IR35 legislation is desirable.

Good understanding of production processes across all stages from pre-production to post-production delivery. Excellent attention to detail and financial acumen. Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to assess competing demands and focus on key tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with colleagues, freelancers and suppliers. Proactive problem solver who remains calm under pressure.
