eBay is re-imagining the future of e-commerce by building a trusted marketplace. The Authenticity Guarantee (AG) team is a core component of this vision, ensuring buyers and sellers can shop with confidence. The Authentication Guarantee Operations team has launched authentication for watches, handbags, sneakers, trading cards, and apparel across the US, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, and Japan. We are now expanding the reach of our world-class authentication infrastructure.

You will join the Program Management team within Authenticity Guarantee Operations to lead critical strategic initiatives. This fast-paced, high-impact role involves driving go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution to bring AG to more customers in new categories and managing the programs post-launch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end GTM orchestration and project management from launch readiness through post-launch refinements
- Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and triage complex issues across stakeholders
- Serve as the central point of contact across operations, business, product, marketing, legal, and more to ensure critical milestones are met
- Lead strategic global program management to drive growth and optimize performance
- Develop and own escalation playbooks and triage customer problems to ensure a frictionless experience
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships to ensure operational alignment and strengthen collaboration
- Own program insights and reporting against key business metrics in Weekly Business Reviews (WBR)
- Act as a change management lead for operational or partner-related changes

Experience
3-5+ years in Project Management, Program Management, or GTM Operations
Experience managing external partner or client relationships as a primary point of contact
Familiarity with project management tools and experience using AI to enhance program management deliverables
Prior experience in authentication, logistics/operations, or exposure to product development is a plus

Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills to report on business metrics
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
Strong follow-through mindset with proven track record of delivering results
High degree of agility and comfort adapting to evolving strategic directions
Willingness to travel to partner offices and AG operational centers as needed

Qualifications
Relevant experience in program or project management is essential
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead change management and drive operational excellence
