About the Role
We are seeking a highly focused Program Manager to drive the implementation and adoption of new content capabilities, workflows, and AI-enabled tools across EU Prime & Marketing. This role ensures that new content capabilities are not just theoretical but are adopted, used, and scaled across teams and marketplaces.
As part of EU Prime & Marketing's Content Marketing & AI Enablement team, you will embed newly defined content standards, learning systems, and tools into day-to-day workflows across planning, creative development, delivery, and optimization—across multiple EU marketplaces and functions.
The ideal candidate is a natural activator who takes well-defined strategy and makes it land in the real world with urgency, precision, and the ability to bring people along. You will bring strong change management instincts, thrive in high-ambiguity environments, and be relentlessly hands-on.
This highly visible role partners closely with senior leaders including the Head of Content Capabilities, Head of Content Planning, Senior Creative Operations Manager, creative delivery, performance channel owners, and measurement teams. Together, you will help build a full-funnel content marketing system that delivers measurable business outcomes through efficient and effective creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive rollout and adoption of new content capabilities, including content effectiveness frameworks and AI-enabled workflows.
- Translate capability designs into clear, actionable workflows and ways of working for partner teams.
- Ensure consistent usage across teams and markets, identifying and addressing adoption gaps.
- Lead change management planning and execution for new capability rollouts, including communication, training, and readiness assessment.
- Manage administration of third-party tools such as licensing, access rights, and policy compliance.
- Partner with campaign planning and creative teams to execute lifecycle and full-funnel pilots to test and refine new capabilities.
- Identify friction points in real workflows and rapidly iterate solutions.
- Codify learnings into scalable playbooks and implementation patterns for EU markets.
- Collaborate closely with Content Operations, Creative Delivery, and Capability/Product leads to embed new ways of working.
- Act as the connective layer across strategy, production, and platform enablement teams.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Establish mechanisms to track adoption, usage, and impact of new capabilities.
- Surface insights and recommendations to continuously improve workflows and tools.
- Ensure feedback loops between users, capability leads, and the broader Content Capabilities team.

About the Team
We are a new team within EU Marketing & Prime, focused on Content Marketing and AI Enablement. We build and scale content across all marketing channels, lifecycle priorities, and funnel stages—using AI and automation to raise the bar on speed, quality, and impact.
This role powers the operational engine of the team, ensuring efficient and effective work that drives meaningful business outcomes and positively impacts customer experiences.
We are designing a content operating system connecting strategy, planning, and execution, and this role ensures teams have the right data and timely moments to make optimal decisions.

About You
- Natural activator with strong change management instincts.
- Thrives in high-ambiguity environments and is relentlessly hands-on.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Collaborative and able to drive alignment across diverse teams.
