About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Manager to join our Launch and Expansion SEU team, focusing on France, Italy, and Spain. This role is crucial in driving infrastructure projects and network strategy to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support sustainable growth in the region. You will lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing upgrades to existing sites, optimizing office spaces and shop floors, and building infrastructure to support AMZL's Last Mile delivery fleet operations. You will collaborate closely with operations, finance, real estate, design and construction, and engineering teams to ensure project success. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive business cases and strategy documents to secure senior leadership approval, including director level executives.
A day in the life involves being a natural self-starter comfortable leading complex, cross-functional programs. Success in this role requires a hands-on approach, strong ownership, excellent project management skills, and effective communication up to senior management levels. The successful candidate will demonstrate a "think big" attitude and look beyond their direct scope of responsibility.

Experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
- Proven experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Program or project management experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining and executing program requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
