About the Role
The Last Mile DSP Payments team is seeking a Program Manager ready to dive in, get hands-on, and learn payments operations from the inside out. EU DSP Payments moves more than €1 billion annually across 9 countries, and you will own a defined workstream—such as a payment type, market, or process—building genuine expertise. You will work closely with a senior Program Manager who will guide you in understanding the bigger picture.

Key responsibilities include executing payment process tasks and improvements within your assigned EU workstream (fuel, incentives, or specific markets), sharpening financial controls and audit trails by identifying gaps and issues, building Excel-based tools and trackers to automate manual tasks, chasing discrepancies by tracing data through upstream systems, and documenting processes clearly for scalability and automation. You will also help capture automation requirements by closely analyzing manual processes.

A typical day involves working extensively with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and Power Query), organizing complex or messy data, communicating proactively with managers and stakeholders, quickly learning new systems and workflows, and occasionally traveling to meet regional operations teams. You will thrive under deadline pressure, especially during peak periods.

Requirements

Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Exposure to process documentation and process improvement or standardization (including internships or early-career projects)

About you
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive communicator
- Fast learner who embraces new systems and workflows
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Open to travel for face-to-face collaboration with regional teams
- Self-starter attitude with energy for continuous learning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics, finance, or related quantitative/technical field preferred
- Experience in analytical, results-oriented environments with cross-functional interactions
- Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with project tracking or schedule management is a plus
- Bonus points for curiosity about SQL, interest in BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau), or proficiency in a second European language
