An excellent opportunity has arisen for a service and solution-focused Programme Administrator within the Schools of Psychology, and Life and Health Sciences at Roehampton University. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a significant impact. This role would be suitable for candidates that have a background in University/Service Sector administration. The key activities of the role are:
To undertake administration relating to the student academic experience including induction, enrolment, attendance, assessment, and retention activities.
Provide excellent customer service to students and other internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure academic programmes are administered in line with the Academic Regulations and that all relevant activities are completed in line with university processes and within required deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you should have a "can do" solutions-focused approach with a service mindset. Proficiency in the use of MS Office and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively engaging with a range of stakeholders. Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail are also vital attributes, as you will be expected to manage conflicting requirements and prioritise your work effectively.
