We’re delivering the Mayor of London’s Inclusive Talent Brokerage (part of the GLA’s Inclusive Talent Strategy) to connect diverse, under-represented Londoners with inclusive employers in key growth sectors.
The Role
As Programme and Partnerships Executive, you’ll help us run projects that connect people to jobs and opportunities while supporting GoodPeople’s commercial growth. You’ll work across events, partnerships and data delivery, gaining hands-on experience in how impactful programmes are designed, delivered and scaled.
Key Activities
Events, Marketing & Communications: plan and deliver workshops, job fairs and inclusive-employer events; coordinate logistics, comms and follow-up; create event materials and social media posts; keep the brand consistent.
Partnerships & Customer Success: engage CBOs, employers and jobseekers; onboard partners and jobseekers to our platform; maintain relationships and respond to enquiries to support inclusive employment outcomes.
Data & Tracking: support reporting and impact analysis; maintain dashboards and CRM records; assist with automations and email workflows; ensure data quality and GDPR compliance.

Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid
Location: Somerset House, London
Salary: £27k–£30k DOE
Start: As soon as possible

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident working with data and digital tools (CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards etc)
A strong communicator, both written and verbal, who enjoys engaging with people
A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and thrives in a startup environment
Purpose-driven, reliable and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
Comfortable working across multiple projects and managing deadlines
