About the Role
As a Programme Development Officer at Young Lives vs Cancer, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of impactful programmes that improve the lives of young people affected by cancer. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure programmes are effectively designed, implemented, and evaluated. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change within a supportive and dynamic charity environment.

Experience
Experience in programme development, project management, or a related field is desirable. Previous work within the charity or health sector is an advantage but not essential.

About you
You are organised, proactive, and passionate about making a difference for young people affected by cancer. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders. You are adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in programme management, health, social care, or a related discipline is preferred.
