£30,552 per annum (includes £27,752 plus £2,800 London Weighting Allowance)

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for two Domestic Abuse Group Programme Facilitators to join the Safe Horizon partnership team in London. In this role, you will facilitate group work programmes for victims of domestic abuse who are not currently deemed high risk, delivering the programme online as part of the Safe Horizons domestic abuse awareness and recovery initiative. This position involves a hybrid working model, combining face-to-face and virtual support, with an expectation to work both from home and from our office in Singer Street.

As a Programme Group Facilitator, your responsibilities will include liaising with the team to keep everyone informed about group work status, ensuring cost-effective service delivery, facilitating and co-delivering group sessions including planning, preparation, and promotion, and engaging with victims to encourage participation and provide advice, information, and advocacy where needed. You will monitor programme impact and follow-up interventions, maintain accurate and secure case records, manage confidential data in line with data sharing agreements and safeguarding policies, and promote the service to encourage referrals.

You will also identify risk factors and liaise with local services for one-to-one support when required, maintain safety and security of service users during activities, produce performance reports, and assist in programme evaluation.

Requirements

Experience
Strong crisis management skills with the ability to handle stressful and difficult situations effectively. Experience working with victims of domestic abuse or in a related support role is desirable.
