About the Role
As a Programme Officer for Citizens UK in the South West, you will play a key role in supporting and developing community organising initiatives across the region. This position involves working closely with local groups to build power and influence on social justice issues. You will coordinate campaigns, support community leaders, and help strengthen alliances to create lasting change. The role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, with travel across the South West and occasional trips to London for team meetings.
Experience
Experience in community organising, campaign coordination, or related fields is highly desirable. Proven ability to work with diverse communities and build strong relationships is essential.

You are passionate about social justice and community empowerment. You have excellent communication and organisational skills, are self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to travel and adapt to different community contexts is important.
