About the Role

Our collaborative approach involves working closely with councils and communities to unlock social, environmental, economic and commercial value that benefits all stakeholders. Our passion for quality and design underpins everything we do, with all Berkeley homes created with care, expertise and relentless attention to detail. As a Project Estimator, you will play a key role in producing detailed build cost plans and budgets for high-rise residential or mixed-use developments, working cross-functionally with technical, commercial and delivery teams to ensure accurate and effective cost management.
