About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team at Government Facility Services Limited (GFSL). GFSL plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of facilities maintenance across prison sites, impacting prisoners, employees, visitors, families, and the wider community.
As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues from Payroll, Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain, and other departments, all committed to providing a safe and secure environment. This role offers the opportunity to use your skills to create a better future by supporting rehabilitation and positive change.
GFSL is a Ministry of Justice business providing critical, time-bound services to Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS). You will be part of a team that truly makes a difference in the secure estate.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years managerial and technical experience in project delivery
- Proven experience managing project budgets
- Skilled in managing multiple projects at various stages across different disciplines and establishments
- Experience managing low value, high volume minor works projects

- Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive working environment
- Driving licence is required
