This role is based in Kensington and benefits from hybrid working (2 days from home/3 days in the office – usually Tuesday - Thursday depending on business needs). Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a clear prospect strategy with the Associate Director of Advancement & Alumni to support the College’s fundraising plans. Proactively identify potential donors and conduct thorough strategic research while adhering to ethical standards. Line-manage the Prospect Research Associate and Advancement Officer (Database) Produce detailed reports and high-quality briefings for fundraisers and senior College leadership. Assist in managing fundraising portfolios for active fundraisers.
