We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Proxy Voting team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with investment operations experience, ideally with exposure to proxy voting or corporate actions, to develop deep expertise in this specialised and high-profile area.

You will support the end-to-end proxy voting process, working closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely execution of voting activity across Man Group's accounts. Key responsibilities include assisting with ballot monitoring, vote instruction preparation and execution, managing workflows, maintaining data quality, supporting compliance, preparing reports, and liaising with third parties such as custodians and proxy agents. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives and support documentation of procedures and controls.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, or related financial services roles. Exposure to proxy voting processes, platforms, or corporate actions is preferred. Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Good understanding of financial instruments, fund structures, and capital markets. Familiarity with custodian or prime brokerage operational workflows.
