About the Role
Paramount is seeking a highly organised and proactive Publicity and Communications Coordinator to support the UK Publicity and Communications team across Paramount+ and Pluto TV. This role is key in delivering publicity campaigns and providing day-to-day administrative, operational, and communications support across a diverse slate of content and corporate initiatives. You will work closely with UK and global publicity teams to drive efficient team operations, manage key processes and reporting, support talent and media activity, and contribute to delivering high-profile campaigns, events, and press initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Publicity and Communications, you will manage a range of administrative functions including daily media coverage reporting, financial administration such as raising purchase orders, taking and distributing meeting minutes, and maintaining and updating media lists. You will provide logistical and operational support for events, press junkets, and other publicity activities.
Key responsibilities include tracking and monitoring daily media coverage, compiling weekly coverage reports and team updates, creating and distributing press highlights newsletters, managing invoices and vendor billing enquiries, coordinating screener distribution, maintaining team documentation and reporting tools, drafting press releases and media materials, coordinating travel logistics and on-the-ground support for talent and teams, monitoring media reviews, and contributing ideas for campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in publicity, communications, media, entertainment, or a related field. Strong internship experience will also be considered.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation. Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills. Motivated and proactive with a positive, solutions-oriented approach and strong initiative. Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in supporting publicity campaigns. Experience within the entertainment, media, or content industry is advantageous. Familiarity with publicity, media relations, and entertainment industry practices, processes, and terminology.
Qualifications
Confident proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace. No formal qualifications specified, but relevant experience and skills are essential.
