The QC Content & Operations Coordinator role requires excellent organisational skills, fantastic attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have previous QC experience, preferably in multiple languages, with a strong understanding of media formats and broadcast technical standards.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality control (QC) of English and dubbed content for multiple IPs, in both live action and animated formats, across 32+ languages
- Timely processing of all original, dubbed, and subtitled content from multiple Moonbug departments and dubbing vendors
- Ensuring all audio and video content meets required standards and reporting any errors
- Collaborating closely with Production Operations and Post Production teams to expedite fixes and solutions for QC fails
- Creating clear and actionable QC reports
- Tracking inbound and outbound tasks through internal tracking software
- Liaising with multiple teams to maintain the highest standards and deliver fast, high-quality fixes to failed content

Experience
Previous QC experience within a media organisation is essential. Experience with QC software and workflows is highly desirable.
