About the Role
Join Cygnet Health Care as a Quality and Compliance Coordinator and play a key role in maintaining the exceptional quality of care at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. You will be part of a dynamic, supportive team working in a welcoming, non-institutional environment that provides personalised treatment for service users with eating disorders or personality disorders across two wards. Our multidisciplinary approach includes psychodynamic, family, occupational, art, drama, and complementary therapies, with a strong focus on patient-centred care and involvement in treatment planning and hospital life.
In this role, you will provide efficient administrative support to the Governance Structure, Audit Strategy, Quality Dashboard, and Service Development Plans. You will prepare and distribute monthly clinical governance reports, take minutes at Clinical Governance and audit dashboard meetings, and support hospital-wide quality feedback processes. Leading and completing local audits, preparing reports for Quality and Safety meetings, and supporting quality improvement projects will be key responsibilities. You will also provide cover for other members of the Quality and Admin team as needed.

Experience
Experience utilising common IT software systems including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Experience with administrative systems related to audits and service improvements. Previous experience implementing quality improvement initiatives. Knowledge of CQC, KLOEs, and CQC compliance. Experience working with electronic patient clinical records and databases. Understanding of clinical governance structures and patient safety assurance systems, including safeguarding reporting protocols.
