About the Role
Join Croydon College Group as a Quality Assurance Officer within our dedicated Quality team. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of provision across our campuses. Working collaboratively with curriculum and support teams, you will ensure the highest standards of awarding body compliance, assessment verification, and regulatory adherence. Your contribution will directly support learner success, achievement, and satisfaction, helping us deliver exceptional educational experiences. Experience
Proven experience supporting the IQA/EQA cycle to meet regulatory and quality requirements within Further Education. Knowledge of compliance requirements and quality assurance processes that support learner outcomes and satisfaction rates.

Qualifications
Level 3 qualification plus IQA and Assessor Certificate or Award required. Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and other onboarding requirements in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education Guidelines.
