About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team at AGI Data Services. In this role, you will perform systematic quality assessments within our global network of Data Associates, providing manual review and validation of automated quality measurements. Your work will be critical in maintaining high standards of data quality for AI development and training. Key responsibilities include conducting quality audits on workflows and units delivered by Data Associates, coaching and calibrating co-located Data Associates to improve performance, providing detailed insights on quality and identifying root causes of issues, performing manual reviews to validate automated quality measurement systems, documenting and reporting findings accurately, supporting deep dives and escalations through audits, maintaining strict compliance with quality standards, collaborating with Quality Audit Managers to improve processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance team.

Experience
- Experience in Machine Learning or Data Labeling operations
- Experience with quality management tools and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads

About you
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in Business English
- Ability to work in strict compliance with internal guidelines
- C1+ or equivalent fluency in German
- Good working knowledge (B1+) of both spoken and written English
- Understanding of data annotation and quality metrics

Qualifications
- Preferred prior experience in a quality assurance role within the tech industry
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience with speech or language data
